If you reasonably believe that we are processing your personal information violating your privacy and data protection rights arising from this Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

(7) Right to withdraw consent
Our legitimate basis for the processing your personal information is your consent.  You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal information, please note that this does not cover the processing of your personal information during your consent is given.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We will not share, disclose, sell, transfer or dispose any of your personal information and data entrusted to us, to any third party except the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. We can disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:
(a) In the event that we provide services or make transaction, we sell or buy any business which may be related to our business or activities of our business, assets or shares, it may be possible we have to disclose your personal information to the prospective buyer or seller of the mentioned business, assets or shares.

  • DURATION OF STORING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will retain your personal information to the extent it is deemed necessary for the original purpose of collection data, mainly provision of our services and performance of contract. We will retain your data for seven years after the end of customer relationship. For certain circumstances this period may be extended where it may be deemed as necessary, these circumstances are as follows;  money laundering, taxation, intellectual property, public health, and other legal issues.

You can submit any of your request and enforce any of your rights as explained in the ‘Your Rights’ section. We will be assessing your request and respond to your request with the result of assessment latest in 30 days. However, please note that we reserve our right to reject any unreasonable or unsolicited requests or whether the request poses certain risks for the technical infrastructure, rights of other parties, our legitimate interest.
